*2 hours of PD/EILA credit In this training, we'll provide best practices for supporting students who are exhibiting big behaviors on the bus - from yelling and disrespect to hitting, we'll discuss WHY behaviors happen and what we can do about it.

*1 hour of PD/EILA credit This training focuses on defining and collecting behavior data for students across grade levels and settings. This session was designed for instructional assistants, classified staff and administrators.

*2 hours of PD/EILA credit This training includes verbal strategies we can use to help students de-escalate aggressive or acting out behaviors. This session was designed for instructional assistants, classified staff and administrators.

*2 hours of PD credit This personalized virtual training ​was designed for teachers, paraprofessionals, and administrators to help define the roles and characteristics of teachers and paraprofessionals, and to identify ways for teams to work cooperatively for successful outcomes for students. Topics include: roles andresponsibilities of both teachers and paraprofessionals, personality traits, effective communication,, relationship building, and confidentiality.

Data collection — formal & informal. Anecdotal records. Defining behaviors. Checklists, and frequency, interval, duration, and latency data collection/recording systems. Graphing methods.

*1 hour of PD/EILA credit In this training, you'll discover evidence-based practices to support instruction and learning for students with autism and other low incidence disabilities.

*2 hours of PD/EILA credit This training discusses the ABCs of behavior and describes models for understanding the functions of behavior. Also included are strategies to promote positive relationships with students.

*1 hour of PD/EILA credit This training focuses on how to support the growth of student communication skills.

*2 hours PD/EILA credit In this training, Laura and Barb share strategies that Special Education Teachers, Instructional Assistants, SLPs, OTs, & PTs can use to increase student engagement, appropriate behaviors, and communication by partnering together to provide instruction. This training includes videos, resources, and tools that teams can use to maximize instructional time with students in both face-to-face and remote learning.
