*1 hour of PD credit Description: This module provides instruction and guidance in practicing and maintaining confidentiality of student information and is for anyone working in a school system.

Confidentiality in the School Setting

*3 hours of /EILA PD credit This online self-paced module will provide an overview of confidentiality requirements for all school employees. The state and federal laws concerning confidentiality will be reviewed. Content will be provided through the use of common school scenarios with guidance on how to protect student confidentiality in each scenario.

*2 hours of PD/EILA This module shows participants how to become proficient in the use of the Kentucky Compliance Record Review Document to meet compliance for Indicator 13. This module also focuses on how to use those compliance indicators to develop appropriate, meaningful transition plans that best meet student needs.
