The data source for Indicator 11 is self-reported through the end of the year report based upon district generated record reviews.

Formula: # children whose evaluations were completed within 60 school days divided by # children for whom parental consent to evaluate was received.
​
Students for whom the district obtained consent at the end of the year will now be included by including the count of days for date of consent to the end of the year.
